At Deligt.in, operated by FUSIONFRONT VENTURES LLP ("we," "us," or "our"), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy to facilitate a smooth return process. Please read the following guidelines carefully.  

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.  

  • Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, perishable goods, or other specific conditions, as indicated in the product description.

  • Customized or personalized items are generally non-returnable.

  • All returns must be accompanied by the original order confirmation or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide Order Details: Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Video Verification: To ensure order and customer authenticity and to verify the condition of the returned item, we may require you to provide a short video clip. This video should clearly show:

    • The unboxing of the item (if applicable).

    • The condition of the item.

    • The original packaging.

    • Any damages or defects.

  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved and the video verification is successful, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  • Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RA number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

  • Return Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.  

  • Refund or Exchange: If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after we receive and approve your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • The refund amount will be for the price of the returned item(s), excluding any applicable shipping fees.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or an alternative product.

  • Additional shipping costs may apply for exchanges.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Video proof of the damaged or incorrect item will be required.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

    • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products).  

    • Downloadable software products.

    • Customized or personalized items.

    • Any items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
